STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT ATMOSTPHERE!
"I wore an afro for almost 4 years and wanted a change. A Pure Body Salon (or ‘Salon’) client referred me to Angie, and I took the ‘leap of faith’. The Salon Administrative Assistant greeted me immediately upon my arrival. I was early and expected to wait until my appointed time; however, Angie (my stylist and co-owner of the Salon) began my hairstyle transition as soon as she was aware of my arrival. The Salon’s interior décor truly reflected the photos posted on its website; it was clean, neat, inviting, and vibrant with color. The furnishings were comfortable and fashionable…even the sinks. (LOL) The music was pleasant – some nice jazz to help you relax and enjoy yourself, and the conversation was extremely hospitable. My hair looks fa-a-abulous! I have a ‘new attitude’, and I’m loving it! Thanks Angie!"

Ms. Gaddy, I personally love God 1st of all, as well as all our clients that comes to visit us and has never ripped anyone off. The day you visited our salon, you had many hair challenges which are confidential. At that time I had not seen you for many months. You received a $45.00 shampoo service, a reconstructive treatment valued @ $25.00, along with a cut & style @ $20.00 and you received $5.00 OFF. Also, I took time away from my clients to address your concerns and to explain the breakdown to you for each service when you called. At Pure Body Salon & Spa we believe in Pure customer

I'm an old client of Angie one of the owners and had not been to her in quite a while.I went back to her recently and all she did was cut and style my hair.The hair doo itself was not that good looking. It was average or below average.I was charged $80. She called it her signature cut.YEAH RIGHT.Nothing was signature about it.I was ripped off.I will never go back to her again. When I called her to complain and tell her how I felt. She was very arrogant about the situation and didn't care about how I felt. She brushed me off and hung up the phone.Some kinda customer service.
